Popsicles for Breakfast?!  Yes, Please!
Recipe as seen in Good Housekeeping

I am always looking for make-ahead fun breakfasts options.  Of course when I came across a breakfast popsicle I was all in!  This recipe is super easy to make and only took me a few minutes to get together.  Pop them into the freezer overnight and they'll be ready for the next morning!  Feel free to experiment with other fruits to find what your favorite combo is.

Ingredients:

2/3 c Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Honey
2 sm. ripe peaches, chopped
1/4 c Raspberries
1/2 c Granola

To Make:
  1. In blender, puree yogurt, honey and three-fourths of peaches until smooth.
  2. Distribute raspberries and remaining peaches among 6 to 8 ice pop molds.  Fill each mold with about 1/4 c yogurt mixture, tapping to distribute, leaving 1/2 inch unfilled.  Top with granola.
  3. Freeze until solid, 6-8 hours.

    Enjoy!
