My Favorite At-Home HIIT



Hello, August!  
And because it's August in South Carolina... I'm not interested in stepping a toe outdoors. 
So here's my favorite HIIT workout that I can do in the comfort of my living room. 

Being a new mom, it's so simple to put this to use when baby is napping - the whole circuit takes about 20 minutes... I'm dripping in sweat afterwards and I still have time for a shower before the little one wakes up!  Woop!

Try to do the circuit as fast as you can to keep your heart rate up.  Take breaks in between each set!


100 Jumping Jacks
5 Pushups
25 High Knees
7 Burpees
10 Crunches
7 Squats
5 Pushups
10 Crunches
5 Pushups
7 Squats
100 Jumping Jacks
5 Pushups
25 High Knees

Repeat 3 Times
