Pimento Cheese Please

This easy and delicious recipe is the perfect compliment to any appetizer/small plate kind of night.  Get ready for Football Sunday's y'all!
Roasted Jalepeno and Bacon Pimento Cheese
Servings 8
1 Red Bell pepper
4 Slices Thick Cut Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
3/4 cup Mayo
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
Kosher Salt, freshly ground pepper
1 Ciabatta Loaf, Halved Lengthwise, Lightly Toasted
Pickle Slices, for serving




Broil peppers on a cookie sheet, turning often until skim is blistered.  Transfer peppers to a plastic ziplock bag and seal for 20 minutes.  Remove peppers from bag.  Peel away skins and seed peppers.  Chop finely.

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.  Spread cheese on ciabatta bread and top with pickles to serve.
