Beach Ready Core Workout 

Add this core workout to your normal cardio to get your way to killer abs! 


1 minute plank – Balance on your elbows and toes with back completely flat. 

30 sec rest
 
1 minute bicycle sit ups - Beginning in a sit-up position with your hands behind your head, take your right elbow and bring it up toward your left knee leaving your right left straight out. Next bring your left elbow toward your right knee. Repeat for the entire time. 
30 sec rest 
1 minute Russian TwistsBalance on your butt with your legs straight out. Twist from side to side touching the group each time. Repeat for the entire time. 

30 sec rest 
1 Minute straight Leg sit-ups Lay flat on your back. With your hand behind your head and your feet straight out, sit all the way up then slowly lower back to the starting position. Repeat for the entire time. 

30 sec rest 

1 Minute Plank Hip Dips Starting in your plank position twist your body to lower your right hip toward the floor then reset. Next lower your left hip toward the floor and reset again. Repeat for the entire time. 
Rest 30 sec 

 Repeat 2 more times!
